Roasting Ribs

Place 3 lbs of pork baby back ribs on rack in a shallow pan in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain off fat and reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for another hour. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Baste with sauce. Bake additional 1-½ to 2 hours basting with sauce every 30 minutes. Can also be grilled on the barbecue.  DELICIOUS!

Easy Homemade Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
¾ c. ketchup
½ c. water
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1 Tbsp. Oro Valley Pork Rub

Melt butter. Add onion, garlic, ketchup, water, mustard and OVG Pork Rub. Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.  This is the best barbecue sauce ever!  Make plenty for left-over pulled pork sandwiches!
